1. Master Subscription Agreement

By deploying CyraTechnoVIX SDKs or accessing our APIs, you enter into a binding agreement with CYRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED. You represent that you possess the corporate authority to bind your organization.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Growth and Enterprise tiers receive our 99.9% to 99.999% uptime guarantees. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance via our telemetry status feed.

3. Intellectual Property & Token Vault

You retain 100% ownership of your customer payment tokens and business data. CyraTechnoVIX does not claim any proprietary rights over your downstream applications or LLM prompts.
